They might be a small business, but in this case it is with all the right qualities of friendliness, excellent communication and good quality job product. Will definitely use again.

I called Mag Selva earlier today (a Saturday) and they were able to give me an estimate over the phone for my gutters and downspouts to be cleaned – and they could do the cleaning same day. Then they called to say they could come even earlier, which was great. They took “before and after” pictures of every gutter AND checked the downspouts, which clearly had never been done before because one of them was clogged all the way to the top and had plants growing in it! Pricing was comparable to other cleaners who have not checked the downspouts, so overall very happy with timing, price, and quality.

Got a quote and job done one day after I called. I had a problem with water poorly draining from deck roof that was eroding dirt from under the pavers at the ground level. They did a great job fixing the downspouts and the erosion problem. The price was totally reasonable. They provided a guarantee also.
